Hanover Hill Behavioral Health in Bethlehem, PA, is seeking an experienced Assessment & Referral Counselor (RN or Licensed Therapist) to join a multi-disciplinary team in a state-of-the-art EPIC environment.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments of incoming patients and coordinating information requests, with opportunities for professional growth within a supportive UHS network.

Qualifications

• PhD is preferred, Master's is required.
• Licensure required: RN, LSW, LCSW or LPC.
• 1–2 years of experience required; 3–5 years preferred.

The Assessment & Referral Counselor is responsible for conducting assessments of incoming patients and responding to requests for services and information.
