Job summary

TURN Behavioral Health Services in Hanford, CA seeks a clinically bilingual clinician (MFT/LCSW/LPCC) for full-time, over 30 hours weekly. Salary range $42.00–$45.00 hourly.

This role involves coordinating with health and community resources to support whole-person care and client advocacy. Responsibilities include assessments, therapy across modalities, referrals, documentation, and field-based service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and CA BBS registration or license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) required.
• Valid CA driver’s license and current auto insurance per contract requirements.
• Experience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments and mental health evaluations, family-individual-group therapy, plan development, case consultation, crisis intervention, discharge placement, and assist clients with basic needs and symptom management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation and meet minimum billable requirements for direct client services.
• Facilitate placement including pre-placement visits and transportation as needed.
• Provide field-based services as required by program and client needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of clients’ care and participate in scheduled program meetings.
• Other duties as assigned and conduct QI assessment using an age-appropriate, evidence-based tool.
• Attend and participate in Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings to discuss assessments and services.

JOB SUMMARY

Recommend and assist with access to medical, educational, social, vocational, housing, and more to support program goals. Initiate referrals to the next level of care, and coordinate with physical health providers to ensure whole-person care, and advocate in the best interest of clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
