Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a hands-on assembler to support aerospace components and systems. You will follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to assemble parts and perform functional testing to ensure conformance with specifications.

The role requires reading drawings, using test instruments, and reporting defects promptly while coordinating with engineering teams. A high school diploma or equivalent is expected, with safety and quality awareness a must.

In this role, you will impact the overall quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes, helping to deliver high-quality aerospace products that meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of aerospace components and systems following detailed work instructions and blueprints.
• Conduct functional and performance testing on assembled products to verify compliance with specifications.
• Identify and report any defects or issues during assembly and testing, working with engineering teams to resolve them.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace assembly and testing processes with a strong understanding of quality standards and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Hands-on skills with test equipment and tools used in assembly and testing environments.
• Knowledge of standard aerospace manufacturing tools and test instrumentation.

• Previous experience in aerospace or related manufacturing industries.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
