Job summary

SilencerCo is seeking an Assembly Technician for the night shift in West Valley City, UT. You will assemble suppressors and accessories, following instructions and quality standards, and support inventory control.

You will work with a team to meet monthly goals, maintain a clean workspace, and comply with safety and regulatory requirements. Prior experience and hands-on skills are valued for reliable production.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble product components by checking fit and finish; fasten parts and subassemblies.

Assembly Technician

Located in West Valley City, UT

Full-time

Shift: Night Shift - 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Monday - Thursday)

Position Description

Work at SilencerCo as an Assembly Technician assembling all suppressors, accessories, and other firearm products. Our Assembly Technician's responsibilities include assembling different components or parts of semi-finished or finished goods, preparing a product that is ready to be sold. This position reports to Assembly Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble product components by examining connections for correct fit and finish; fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, and part lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Participates in regular company product audits.
• Maintain accurate and organized inventory.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Operate ERP system data entry with a strong attention to detail.
• Comply with safe work practices; understanding work injury procedures, workers comp, and OSHA standards.
• Have a foundational working knowledge of SilencerCo product line.
• Ability to work with all employees within SilencerCo with exemplary teamwork.
• Comply with Compliance standards while handling regulated products
