Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our production team in Clanton, Alabama. You will perform complete assembly of automotive seating units and rotate through multiple stations to build proficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of assembly/manufacturing experience, with automotive exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Understand Operator Description Sheets.
• 1–3 years' experience in assembly/manufacturing.
• Automotive experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Complete assembly of automotive seating units.
• Rotate through production stations to gain proficiency in all functions.
• Ensure quality and safety standards; report non-conformances.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety guidelines.
• Restock work areas and monitor material quantities.

Job Description

Assembly Technician Job Description, Location: Clanton, AL Pay: $1 7.5 0 Housing available: $120 weekly Transportation available: $40.00 weekly. Full-time job. Full year contract.

Responsibility

1. Complete assembly of automotive seating units.
2. Develop proficiency in all production job functions and rotate in job cell into variousworkstations.
3. Control processing, delivery or installation of non-conformingproductuntil deficiency or unsatisfactorycondition hasbeen corrected.
4. Maintain good housekeeping, safety, meet quality and efficiency standards.
5. Restock work areas as needed to ensure properworkflow.
6. Monitor production material quantities and report shortages.
7. Ability to lift and/or carry 50 lbs.Repeatedly.
8. Walk, stand, reach, lift, bend, push, pull to move product through build process.
9. Use hand-held pneumatic tools.
10. Operation of assembly fixtures.
11. Problemsolving ofworkplaceissues.
12. Quality inspections of work in progress.
13. Work as part of a team toensurequalityproductsto our customers (internal and external).
14. Understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
15. Comply with company rules, policies and practices.
16. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or any other member of management.
17. Able to work all schedules.
18. Actively support plant safety efforts.
19. Engages in safe practices as well asfollowingsafety rules.
20. Must be willing to report unsafe conditions, report unsafe acts, participate in safety/ ergonomic committees when assigned, participating in safety kaizen events when assigned, participate in safety audits when assigned, and participate in safety (peer to peer) observation feedback events.

22. Will follow and promote environmental management system compliance and commitment to resource conservation.
23. Review and understand Customer Specific Requirements.
