Job summary

CRH plc's Oldcastle division is seeking an Assembly I to support manufacturing of precast concrete products at our Bulls Gap, TN site. You will perform essential manufacturing steps, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and document production data to meet standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and maintaining clean, orderly work areas in line with 5S principles while contributing to continuous improvement and on-time production goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
• Ability to speak and read English preferred
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

Responsibilities

• Perform required manufacturing processes meeting all quality and production standards
• Complete all required production and scrap paperwork, verifying the accuracy and completeness of all the data submitted
• Follow all safety policies and look for areas to improve safety
• Communicate with other key personnel assigned in their area
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and 5S standards following all established guidelines
