Job summary

New Standard Corporation is seeking a production worker to assemble, inspect, and pack products according to SOPs while maintaining quality and minimizing scrap. You will work with material handlers to move materials, keep accurate production records, and help control downtime and maintenance logs.

The role requires standing 10–12 hours, lifting up to 35 pounds, and a proactive attitude toward safety and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Ability to produce, inspect, pack per SOPs and meet quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with measurements and records.
  • Ability to stand/walk 10–12 hours and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Produce, assemble, inspect, and pack product per SOPs and quality targets.
  • Move materials with material handlers; maintain orderly work area.
  • Maintain records for production, downtime, quality, and maintenance.
  • Visual inspection and measurement to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Determine daily production needs and schedule accordingly.
  • Communicate deviations and collaborate with team leads.
  • Operate computer applications and perform transactions as required.
  • Suggest productivity, safety, and process improvements.
  • Work as a team member with a cooperative attitude.
  • Support safety and housekeeping standards and comply with PPE requirements.
