Job summary

PLASKOLITE, LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking an Assembly Technician I to join a production team. You will support coating, inspection, and cutting operations, ensuring quality and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork. Shift options include early to late hours (10-hour shifts) with potential for 4 days a week, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to lift over 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coating, inspection, and/or cutting processes per SOPs.
• Inspect parts and products for quality and functionality and report defects.
• Participate in line changeovers, equipment cleaning, and setup.
• Collaborate with QA and Engineering to resolve issues and support improvements.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe, organized workplace.
• Communicate with team to meet production goals and address concerns.
• Operate forklifts and other powered vehicles per safety standards.
