Job summary

CE Machine in Wichita is seeking an assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble products per specifications, gather components, and use hand tools to drive fasteners and secure subassemblies.

You should be able to read aerospace BOMs and drawings, communicate well with teammates, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret aerospace bill of materials, engineering drawings, customer specifications and instructions.
• Ability to professionally communicate and work well with others.
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather necessary component parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Operate hand tools to install fasteners, bushings, rivets, and nut plates.
• Position and secure components per print.
• Verify specification by measuring completed components.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
