Dynomax, Inc. in Wheeling, IL, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our team. You will assemble, seal, and test components, read drawings, and document data as part of a precision manufacturing process.

Candidates must demonstrate high manual dexterity, use gauges and hand-tools, and handle 25-pound lifts. The role involves using power tools and drill presses, following specifications, and contributing to quality control.

ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

For 40 years, Dynomax, Inc. a family owned business, has designed, manufactured, and developed high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, sub-assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles.We are looking for a Mechanical Assembly Technician who mustbe detail-oriented, meticulous, accountable, and possess a high-level of manual dexterity.

Assembly Technician Responsibilities

• Mix chemicals
• Uses a computer to sign in and out of jobs and research specifications
• Assemble, seal, and test components
• Document data and measurements
• Utilize measurement tools, gages, functional tools/jigs and hand-tools
• Utilize power tools, bench tools, drill press, etc.
• Read and understand drawings and specifications
