Job summary

ProMach, Inc. is hiring an Assembly Technician to assemble packaging machinery in a climate-controlled facility. You will read blueprints and diagrams, perform quality checks, and ensure safety standards are met.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Candidates should have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience and be able to work 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience; prior machine assembly preferred.
• Ability to read machine drawings/blueprints and follow specifications.
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble components, sub-assemblies, and packaging machinery by reading, interpreting, and following blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Identify product defects and communicate defects to supervisor.
• Rework/repair assembled equipment according to specifications.
• Champion a safety mindset and maintain a clean, organized work area.
