Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is looking for an Assembly Support professional to directly support Section Managers and Assembly on the plant floor through 5S activities, area layout, MRDR process, Continuous Improvement, CAV audit and other activities for assembly as needed.

The role emphasizes 5S, CI, and standard work, with independent problem solving, meeting deadlines, multitasking, and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Caterpillar Non-Management Selection Process.
• Effective communication.

• Computer literate with strong math background.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.

• 3rd Shift Starting Pay: $27.20/hour (+ 8% Shift Premium)
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday 7:30 PM - 5:30 AM, Overtime as business needs require
