Job summary

Menasha Corporation in the United States seeks an assembler to assemble packaging interiors in line with design prints and safety guidelines. You will complete assembly steps to produce a high‑quality product and diligently apply PPE and hand tools as required.

You will participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives, 5S and safety activities, contribute to team success, and ensure all work meets quality standards. Two companies, one vision.

Responsibilities

• Complete assembly operations according to the design print to create packaging interiors.
• Follow all steps in the assembly process to ensure top quality product.
• Safely and properly use all hand tools required for the job.
• Safely and properly wear and use PPE (personal protective equipment).
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain CI and follow standard work.
• Actively participate in 5S and Safety activities.
• Contribute to team efforts by working together to accomplish tasks as required.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About The Opportunity

Assemble components to create packaging interiors while adhering to quality and safety standards.

• 1. Complete necessary assembly operations according to the design print.
• 2. Follow all necessary steps in assembly process to ensure top quality product.
• 3. Safe and proper use of all hand tools required.
