Job summary

Permobil, Inc. in Lebanon, TN, is seeking a Production Operator to join our factory floor. You will fulfill assigned production assembly tasks, perform quality checks on parts, and rotate through all stations on the line to maintain takt time.

This full-time role offers a pay range of $18.00-$20.00 per hour, first shift, with overtime as needed, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and experience with common hand tools.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and learning multiple stations.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill assigned production assembly of products.
• Perform quality checks on parts to be assembled.
• Rotate through all stations on the production line.
• Operate hand tools and identify tapping/cross threading.
• Provide assistance to others in the area as needed.
• Meet the required takt time consistently.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and ownership.
• Pursue continuous improvement and efficiency.
