Job summary

Autokiniton is seeking a manufacturing leader to drive department performance at our Greenville plant. You will guide shift teams, mentor colleagues, and ensure production utilization meets the plant’s business goals. You will produce productivity reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership, prioritization in a fast-paced setting, and strong communication with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing leadership experience, 2–5 years preferred.
• Knowledge of stamping/assembly processes.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to mentor and teach problem-solving methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership to department colleagues aligned with plant goals.
• Mentor, coach and develop team members.
• Lead shift teams in line with plant business plans.
• Maintain maximum production utilization and efficiency.
• Produce productivity, scrap, downtime and other reports for the Operations Manager.
• Foster a proactive continuous improvement mindset across the team.

This salary role is a part of our plant operations team and reports to the Operations Manager.

Required experience:

• Knowledge of manufacturing, stamping, and/or assembly processes required for this position.
• Two to five years of manufacturing leadership, preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to mentor and teach the team in effective problem-solving methods.
