We're looking for an Assembly Production Operator to join our NGC division and support the careful encapsulation of collectible Coins in our Sarasota, FL offices. This is an entry-level position—no prior experience in a production environment necessary—and a great opportunity to start a career with a growing company in the collectibles industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION OPERATOR

• Handle raw collectible products with precision and care in preparation for encapsulation.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 1–2 years of consistent work experience in any field is preferred; prior experience in a production or operations environment is not required.
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle delicate materials with care.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Availability to work overtime hours as needed.
