Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Perform simple math including measurement with tape and fractions.
• Communicate effectively in English with management and coworkers.
• Write routine reports as required by the job.
• Stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow assembly/packing instructions to build and pack components.
• Maintain production pace to meet cycle time standards.
• Visually inspect filters for defects and ensure quality.
• Operate Pleater and other production equipment as needed.
• Cross-train in other production areas as required by the business.
