The Personnel Office is seeking an Assembly and Packaging position at a manufacturing company in Clio, MI. No prior experience is required and on-the-job training will be provided. Responsibilities include assembling, counting and packing parts while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Candidates must read and follow written and verbal instructions, stand and walk during shifts, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. A High School Diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation are required.

Assembly and Packaging

The Personnel Office is looking to fill a job at a manufacturing company in Clio, for an assembly and packaging position. No prior experience is required. We will provide on-the-job training.

Requirements for this position include the following

• Efficiently assemble, count and pack parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ensure quality control standards are met during the assembling and packing process.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working in the manufacturing facility.
• Ability to regularly stand and walk during shift while reaching with hands and arms, and to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, understand and carry out written and verbal instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Proof of High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background search and drug screen.
