Job summary

EVCO Plastics in Oshkosh, WI is seeking an Assembly Operations Supervisor to plan, staff, and run production to meet quality and delivery goals. You will oversee schedules, monitor KPIs, manage staffing, and use the ERP to keep data current and reports accurate.

You will coach and develop the team, enforce safety and housekeeping standards, and drive cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives across the assembly floor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, staff, and execute production schedules to meet quality and delivery goals.
• Track KPIs, report status in leadership meetings, and manage staffing levels.
• Oversee inventory accuracy across raw, WIP, and finished goods using ERP.
• Coach, train, and develop team; enforce safety and housekeeping.
