ES MFG is seeking an Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team in Michigan. You will assemble components and subassemblies to exact specifications, work with teammates to meet production goals, and follow all safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or assembly is a plus.

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools, ensuring they are in proper working order.
Conduct quality checks on finished products, identifying defects and reporting them to supervisors.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to optimize the assembly process and improve production efficiency.
Document production data and maintain accurate records of assembly tasks performed.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
