TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a materials/procurement associate to receive, stock, and deliver materials to support fast-paced manufacturing operations. The role emphasizes accurate receiving, inventory control, and cross-functional teamwork in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, handling ITAR-restricted material, and maintaining ES D controls while ensuring a safe, organized stockroom and timely delivery to production areas.

• Distribute material to incoming inspection when required.

• Distribute inventory into Factory Orders or fill ticket requests from manufacturing.
• Safely drive company box truck or other vehicle to deliver Factory Orders to production areas.
• Complete cycle counts as assigned.
• Maintain shelf life materials.
• Maintain materials returned from production.
• Maintain all ESD controls in inventory and production areas.
• Keep stockroom organized and safe.
• Resolve problems as they arise.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Collaborate with others across departments as needed.
• Perform other duties within Materials as assigned.

To support the growth and development of new hires, this position is eligible for a 90 Day Evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met.

Scope

This position is responsible to receive all material, label, stock as required into inventory and deliver materials needing inspection to the incoming inspection area. Issues inventory into designated factory orders or fills ticket requests. Delivers factory orders to production staging area as required using company vehicles. Maintains cycle counts and shelf life inventory as required. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to handle a fast-paced environmental with a very high volume workload. Cross train in other areas of department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately receives all materials delivered to the stockroom


• Distributes material to incoming inspection when required


• Distributes inventory to correct stocking area


• Distributes inventory into Factory Orders or fills ticket requests from manufacturing using the first in-first out procedure


• Safely drives company box truck or other vehicle to deliver Factory Orders to the other building’s production staging areas and/or the manufacturing area as assigned


• Completes all cycle counts as assigned


• Maintains all shelf life materials


• Maintains materials being stock returned from the production area


• Maintains all ESD controls in the inventory and production areas


• Maintains organization in the stockroom


• Resolves problems as they arise


• Maintains a clean and safe work area


• Works effectively and responsibly with others


• All other assigned duties as required within the Materials organization
