Job summary

Abbott in Minnesota is seeking a production assembler to construct simple and moderate assemblies in a production environment, following lean manufacturing and SOPs to meet daily build goals. You will read VMI, follow drawings, pack finished products, inspect quality, and maintain material control and labeling.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with small- to mid-size electronic assemblies preferred.
• Ability to read production drawings and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Read VMI, follow drawings or verbal instructions to build assemblies.
• Pack finished products, inspect quality, and manage labeling and material control.
• Participate in continuous improvement with production teams.
