Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a production/machine operator to support daily manufacturing operations at our Defiance, OH facility. You will follow SOPs, load materials, monitor equipment, and report issues to supervision while maintaining a clean, safe work area and assisting with troubleshooting as needed.

The role requires basic math skills and the ability to work well in a team, with attention to detail and fluent English. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Adheres to all safety and company policies.
• Assists in troubleshooting machine issues.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
