Job summary

Vishay Thin Film is currently seeking applicants for a 1st shift Assembly Operator. Job Location: Vishay Thin Film is located in Niagara Falls, NY.

The site has a lot of natural beauty to offer including the world-famous Niagara Falls which are just a short drive away! What you will be doing includes assembling product per customer requirements, using documentation to determine assembly specifics, acquiring necessary raw materials, and completing paperwork for the next department.

Qualifications

• Read and follow production documents.
• Ability to multi-task in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic math skills required for production.
• Computer skills needed for documentation and workflows.
• Close attention to detail in assembling components.

Responsibilities

• Assemble company product per customer requirements and job requirements
• Use appropriate company documentation to determine specific assembly requirements of product being manufactured
• Acquire necessary raw material for appropriate production areas
• Complete necessary paperwork, record completion of tasks to accompany parts supplied to next department

Pay Range: $17-18 per hour
