The Atlas Group in Park City, KS is seeking an assembler to work on sheet metal components and sub-assemblies, following blueprints, specs, and work orders to meet quality requirements.
You'll set up shop equipment, operate drill motors and countersink cutters, and perform rework as needed while supporting continuous flow of production. This role requires a GED or high school diploma and 1–2 years related experience or a relevant vocational training.
Responsible for and has experience with basic sheet metal, riveting, assembly methods, and common shop practices. This position is also responsible for assembling, modifying, and installing aircraft components, sub-assemblies, and structural assemblies per customer requirements, and for identifying nonconforming parts, conditions, and manufacturing processes by performing the following duties.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Specialized Training:
Six months vocational training.
