ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembly Worker / Assembly Specialist for a leading manufacturing client in the doors sector in Pittsburg, KS. You will assemble steel door units per specifications, read production tickets, verify material quality, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

The role requires good dexterity, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the capacity to work Monday-Thursday, 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m., with weekends off and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read and understand English.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; frequent bending, twisting, stooping, and pushing.
  • Excellent manual dexterity; able to work at a fast pace with multiple components.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble all types of steel door units according to customer specifications.
  • Read and interpret production tickets accurately to ensure proper assembly.
  • Verify material quality, accuracy, and count with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
