Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a dependable production teammate to operate on a production line, assembling products by following established processes and quality standards.

You will set up and maintain assigned workstations, support changeovers, and participate in Lean procedures to improve efficiency.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while meeting production requirements and coordinating with team coaches and leaders; strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Familiar with assembly line processes and quality standards.
• Able to follow established processes and perform quality checks.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication.
• Ability to set up a workstation and adapt during changeovers.
