Job summary

Agiliti in Wisconsin seeks mechanically minded professionals to join our team, helping ensure critical medical equipment is safe, reliable, and available for patient care. You will lead assembly, verification, and documentation for electromechanical systems.

This role emphasizes hands-on training, developing instruction materials, and collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. Domestic travel is expected to support partners and product launches.

Qualifications

2+ years of manufacturing or similar technical experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience coaching, training, or mentoring others.
Experience creating work instructions, procedures, or training documents.
Familiarity with assembly processes, torque specifications, hand tools, and quality standards.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel domestically approximately two trips per quarter.
Basic understanding of computer systems or software concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead product assembly and verification methods.
Create clear electro-mechanical assembly instructions and work documentation.
Develop training materials and provide hands-on training to manufacturing teams.
Troubleshoot assembly issues and support product transfers into production.
Define quality checks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Create photos, videos, and visual aids for manufacturing and training.
Analyze manufacturing processes and identify improvements.
Support manufacturing software and system requirements.
