Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking dependable Assembly Associates for a hands-on role in Columbus, OH. You will assemble products from wood, foam, and vinyl, using power tools, and participate in quality checks and material handling.

Position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime optional and a path from temporary to hire, plus a benefits package after hire.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Comfortable using power tools or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Steel toe shoes required.
  • Able to stand for extended periods.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products following shop orders and specifications
  • Use power tools such as staple guns, nail guns, saws, and routers
  • Perform general assembly of wood, foam, and vinyl components
  • Read and use a tape measure accurately
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met
  • Pull, package, and prepare materials for shipping
  • Track inventory and notify leadership of low materials
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Support team members and assist across departments as needed

Assembly Associate-Temp to Hire

Job Title: Assembly Associate

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $ 19.50/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Overtime: Optional (2–3 hours/week)

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join a growing production team. This is a hands‑on role working with materials such as wood, foam, and vinyl, where team members are cross trained across multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products following shop orders and specifications

  • Use power tools such as staple guns, nail guns, saws, and routers

  • Perform general assembly of wood, foam, and vinyl components

  • Read and use a tape measure accurately

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met

  • Pull, package, and prepare materials for shipping

  • Track inventory and notify leadership of low materials

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Support team members and assist across departments as needed

Requirements

Pay Details:

$19.50 per hour
