Penmac Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Associate for a hands-on role in our manufacturing and distribution environment. This full-time, temp-to-hire position offers a steady weekday schedule and growth opportunities within a production setting.

Responsibilities include assembling, inspecting, and packing building products, operating basic tools, and supporting inventory and order fulfillment. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Able to follow written instructions and quality standards.

Job description

Start a hands-on role as a Assembly Associate supporting the manufacturing and distribution of exterior building materials. This full-time, temp-to-hire position is ideal for dependable, career-oriented individuals who are looking for a long-term opportunity and growth within a production environment.

Schedule & Pay

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
$19.00 per hour

Requirements for the Assembly Associate

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to follow written instructions and quality standards
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings
