Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, part of the Danaher family, seeks a Production Assembly Associate for the Indianapolis site. You will monitor processes, contribute to quality control, maintain documentation, and support equipment maintenance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the Production Supervisor within the Flow Cytometry Team and requires on-site work in Indianapolis, IN, with an immersive training period in Miami, FL to begin the onboarding process.

Qualifications

The Production Assembly Associate responsible for process monitoring and optimization, quality control, documentation and reporting, equipment maintenance, training and support, continuance improvement and compliance and safety.

This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is part of the Beckman Coulter, Life Sciences Flow Cytometry Team located in Indianapolis, IN and will be an on‑site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to follow approved work instructions with attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with MS office products, Microsoft Excel, email.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Will be traveling to Miami, FL to train for at least 8 to 12 weeks.
  • Target hire date: September 14th, 2026
  • Miami training: 9/14/2026- 10/23/2026 (5 weeks)
  • PTO break: (10/26/26 - 10/30/2026)
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Using material handling equipment including hoists, hoist inspections to move parts and skids, lifting up to 50 lbs. , bending, stooping, walking

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Previous laboratory work experience preferred, especially in an FDA/ISO regulated manufacturing environment.
