Job summary

Fort Recovery Industries Inc. is seeking an Assembly Associate – FRI to keep the line humming. You’ll load/unload parts, perform light assembly and precision inspections, track production and scrap in our ERP system, and maintain a safe, clean workspace.

We offer multiple shifts (1st and 3rd) with a $2.00/hour differential on the 3rd shift, competitive wages, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Follow written and oral instructions and communicate clearly and respectfully.
• Solid basic math skills and the judgment to make smart decisions independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow visual cards and packing standards while keeping part counts dead-on accurate
• Inspect parts with gauges, swap reamers and pins as needed, and flag quality or equipment issues the moment they appear
• Move materials with a pallet jack, build boxes, help unload containers, and consistently hit productivity targets

Assembly Associate – FRI
Openings on 1st & 3rd shifts (3rd shift includes a $2.00/hour shift differential)

Ready to keep the line humming and quality soaring? As an Assembly Associate at FRI, you’ll be right in the action—loading and unloading parts, performing light assembly and precision inspections, following standard work, tracking production and scrap in our ERP system, and owning a safe, clean workspace with 5S standards. Every shift, you help deliver the high-quality parts our customers count on.

Key Responsibilities

What You Need

Physical Requirements

You’ll be on the move—standing, walking, bending, twisting, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift. You’ll also push/pull full gaylords using the proper equipment.
