Westfield Egg Farm in Denver is looking for an Assembly and Production Associate to support daily shop production through hands-on machine builds, assembly, and maintaining equipment. A strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions are key, along with a willingness to learn.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly, an emphasis on quality, and a proactive service attitude towards team members and customers. The role supports the farm's mission and core values.

Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly
Work Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday
The primary responsibility of the Assembly and Production Associate is to support daily shop production by building, assembling, and maintaining equipment while ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency in all work performed.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, occasionally sit, and frequently move about the facility. The employee must lift and/or move parts and inventory, and seek assistance in lifting more than 50 pounds or use a forklift. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, soaps and/or chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, vibration, cold and heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
