Job summary

XPEL, Inc. seeks an Assembly and Kitting Associate I to support our warehouse team by building kit items, labeling finished goods, and preparing SKUs for distribution.

You will follow work instructions and use equipment to assemble, cut, and package components efficiently. Ideal candidates are able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate inventory records and submitting data into the system.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to stand on feet for extended periods.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble/cut and assemble finished goods SKU per work instructions.
  • Label packages and box products for transfer into finished goods SKU.
  • Verify quantities assembled/cut and submit information into computer system.
  • Operate Graphtec plotter and flatbed cutter to build inventory levels of SKUs.
  • Help maintain accurate inventory levels by labeling and placing assembled/cut items into appropriate stocking location.
  • Assist with cycle counts for all kitting components used in assembly.

Job Summary:The Assembly and Kitting Associate I is responsible for supporting the warehouse team by assembling and putting together various components. They will physically and systematically build kit items to produce final SKU for distribution.Core DutiesUsing XPEL products properly assemble/cut and put together finished goods SKU as per work instructionsProperly label package, and box product for transfer into finished good SKUVerify quantities assembled/cut and submit information into computer systemOperate equipment such as Graphtec plotter and flatbed cutter to build inventory levels of SKUs as neededHelp maintain accurate inventory levels by properly labeling and placing assembled/cut items into appropriate stocking locationAssists with cycle counts for all kitting components used in assemblyAny other duties or responsibilities as neededBasic QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentAbility to stand on feet for extended periods of time throughout the dayWork in a fast-faced environmentAbility to lift up to 40 lbsXPEL is an equal opportunity employer.
