Anomatic Corporation in New Albany, Ohio seeks an Assembly Machine Operator to run Assembly/Print machinery, inspect parts, and ensure quality. The role includes basic troubleshooting, data entry, and maintaining records.

You will report to the Team Lead and work Monday–Friday, 1:45 pm–10:00 pm in a safe, inclusive environment. Responsibilities include adjusting machines as needed to sustain quality standards, packing finished parts, and adhering to production schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to judge quality in all aspects.
• Ability to read and understand job cards.
• Ability to complete data entry activities and record production.
• Provide timely communication with Team Leaders and others regarding quality or mechanical issues.
• Ability to meet production standards once trained.
• Ability to make minor adjustments to machines to maintain quality.
• Inspect and pack finished parts properly.

Job Summary

The Assembly Machine Operator is responsible for operating the Assembly/Print machines. Troubleshoots minor operating difficulties including: analyzing machine operations, inspection of products, locating troublesome elements within machines, making necessary mechanical adjustments to eliminate quality variations and mechanical malfunctions.

• Provide timely and complete communication with Team Leaders and all other impacted operational and functional teams regarding quality or mechanical issues

• Ability to make minor adjustments to machines to maintain quality standards
• Inspect and pack finished parts properly
  • Ability to distinguish between different colors and shades of color
  • Ability to detect small defects as in scratches, dents, smudges, etc.
• Other duties as required
• Maintain a clean work area
