Job summary

Anomatic Corporation is seeking an Assembly Machine Operator to operate the Assembly/Print machines and troubleshoot minor issues to maintain product quality. The role requires inspecting parts, reading job cards, recording data, and communicating issues to leadership to minimize downtime.

Employees will make small mechanical adjustments to eliminate defects, ensure production standards are met, and maintain a clean work area on the production floor in New Albany, Ohio.

• Record production data and maintain logs.
• Communicate issues to Team Leaders and teams clearly.
• Perform minor machine adjustments to maintain quality.

• Ability to complete data entry activities as needed & Record production and maintain records
• Provide timely and complete communication with Team Leaders and all other impacted operational and functional teams regarding quality or mechanical issues
• Ability to meet production standards once trained
• Ability to make minor adjustments to machines to maintain quality standards
• Inspect and pack finished parts properly
• Ability to distinguish between different colors and shades of color
• Ability to detect small defects as in scratches, dents, smudges, etc.
