Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Assembly Operators for a Sparta, TN manufacturer. This temp-to-hire role offers $15.00/hour, a 1st shift from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and a four-day workweek with Mondays- Thursdays. You will assemble products, follow procedures, and work in a team-focused environment to meet daily goals.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing or assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and a solid work ethic. High school diploma or GED preferred.
