Looking for a steady 1st shift manufacturing opportunity? We are hiring Assembly & Packaging Associates for Tech International. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule

1st Shift

• Monday-Thursday: 5AM-330PM

What You’ll Do

• Assemble tire repair products using rubber, fabric, plastics, paper, adhesives, and other materials.
• Operate production machinery with manual, computer, or PLC controls.
• Keep machines supplied with materials and assist with loading and aligning material rolls.
• Inspect work-in-process and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Label, box, and package finished products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Record production and labor information accurately.
• Follow work instructions and all required safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform hands-on production work.
• Safety shoes and safety glasses are required.
