Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. is hiring Assemblers to design, test and manufacture customer products for shipping or storage of industrial goods. Assemblers build pallets, crates and skids of any size or dimension to meet varied client needs.

On 1st shift (5:00am-3:30pm) or 2nd shift (4:00pm-2:30am) in Lafayette, IN, pay ranges from $16.50 to $17.00 per hour. Expect Monday through Thursday shifts and some mandatory Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/pull/push 50 pounds for up to 8 hours.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Ability to stand, bend and twist during shift.

Responsibilities

• Assembler will produce pallets, crates and skids of varying sizes and dimensions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and tape measure to assemble components.

As an Assembler candidates are responsible for the production of custom pallets, crates and skids of any size or dimension. Must be able to use: hand tools, power tools and tape measure.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift/pull/push 50 pounds while standing/bending/twisting for a minimum of 8 hours.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Must have ability to operate a variety of power tools, hand tools and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment.
