Job summary

Würth MRO, Safety, & Metalworking in Colorado is seeking a Warehouse Assembler to support kit builds and packaging operations. You will verify BOMs, prepare sub-assemblies, and ensure correct parts for each build.

You will stock check, pack finished goods with instruction sheets, label and stage items for the system, and resolve issues under supervisor guidance. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to read, write and follow manuals, orders, processes and procedures.
  • Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and apply basic mathematical and reasoning skills.
  • Ability to lift 20-30 pounds semi-regularly and up to 45 pounds with dexterity for assembling.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods while performing tasks.
  • Ability to pay attention to details and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Checks Bill of Material (BOM) to determine assembly and any specific requirements for the kit being built.
  • Checks stock bins for adequate supplies of sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners and for designated packaging; contacts material handler if shortages exist or parts are incorrect.
  • Assembles components while verifying they match the BOM description.
  • Packs finished product into designated packaging with instruction sheets into each carton.
  • Labels and stages the finished product to be received into the system.
  • Resolves assembly and packing problems with direction from supervisor.
  • Maintains clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
  • Wears all protective equipment as required.
  • Continuously improves productivity and efficiency of processes.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education, Qualifications, Skills & Abilities
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to read, write and speak effectively to read and describe manuals, orders, processes and procedures.
  • Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and apply basic mathematical and reasoning skills.
  • Ability to lift 20-30 pounds semi-regularly and up to 45 pounds on occasion with the dexterity to handle small pieces while assembling.
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time while performing these tasks.
  • Ability to pay attention to details and follow verbal and written instructions
