Job summary

Horsepower Automotive Group (HPAG) is seeking a dependable Assembly/ Warehouse Packer to join our Chandler team. The role focuses on assembling automotive parts, packing products securely, and preparing items for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

We offer full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with $18.00 per hour pay. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a collaborative crew, this is a great fit. HPAG values teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly or warehouse work is a plus, but motivated learners are welcome.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Hands-on work ethic and staying busy.
• Strong attention to detail where small things matter.
• Team player with a positive attitude and solid work ethic.
• Reliable attendance is essential for the team.
• Ability to stay organized and juggle multiple tasks.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more, with or without accommodation.
• Minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble automotive parts and products with accuracy.
• Pack products securely for shipment.
• Prepare finished products for shipping and ensure they look quality ready.
• Coordinate daily packing activities to keep production on track.
• Double-check work to meet company standards.
• Work with a team to hit daily goals and keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep It Moving! Help coordinate daily packing activities to keep production on track.

• Stay Safe! Keep your workspace clean, organized, and ready for action.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work is a plus, but we’re happy to meet motivated people willing to learn!
