Job description

We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide extensive training.

Assembler

• Responsible for the assembly of grills, wheel barrows, and furniture.
• Must be forklift certified.
• Must be able to work any day of the week.
• Typical hours 9 am to 5:30 pm.

Sales Associate

• Provide legendary customer service and offer solutions to customers’ needs.
• Understand and promote the Ace Rewards program.
• Participate in all store training programs and develop product knowledge.
• Execute store services such as mixing paint, cutting glass, cutting keys and shades, re‑keying locks, and testing pool and hot tub water.
• Stock all warehouse, drop‑ship, and back‑stock inventory.
• Special order products for customers.
• Maintain store security and follow procedures for shoplifting and safety issues.
• Keep shelves clean and merchandise end caps.
• Participate in WOW and Customer Engagement.

Cashier

• Provide customer service at the point of sale.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the checkout area neat and clean.
• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges quickly and efficiently.
• Count cash drawer before and after each shift.
• Maintain minimum cash in the register and request cash pickups.
• Alert to safety issues.
• Participate in WOW and Customer Engagement.
• Promote the Ace Rewards program.
