Allegion is seeking an assembler in the Indianapolis area to join our manufacturing team. You will rotate across stations, assemble components to exact blueprints, and verify connections for quality control.

The role emphasizes safety and precision as you contribute to the safety exit devices we produce. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and some manufacturing experience, with basic math and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and 3 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math and communication skills required for accurate assembly and documentation.
• Experience with quality inspections / Total Quality Checks is a plus.
• Training with power and hand tools will be provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple stations on a shift to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Assemble components according to blueprints or schematics with precision.
• Verify connections for quality control and record discrepancies in logs.
• Adhere to safety guidelines on the manufacturing floor and in assembly areas.
