Job summary

Staff Perm in Bay Shore, NY is seeking an Assembler / Material Handler to support both production and warehouse operations. You will assemble products to specification while ensuring materials are safely moved, staged, and supplied to production areas to maintain an efficient workflow.

The role includes fabricating components, operating assembly equipment and small machinery, interpreting work orders and blueprints, inspecting product quality, packaging finished goods and kits, and meeting daily

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment or obtain certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk/bend repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products to specification and ensure quality.
• Operate assembly equipment and small machinery.
• Interpret work orders and blueprints to guide assembly.
• Inspect products and package finished goods and kits.
• Supply raw materials and transport materials and finished goods within the facility.
• Load and organize pallets and assist inventory activities.
