Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Assembler Level 4 FAA to join our on-site team. You will assemble complex products with precision, follow detailed instructions and schedules, and report to the Production Supervisor on a 1st shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

This role emphasizes quality, safety, and efficiency as you work with blueprints, test assemblies, and collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues.

Job description

As an Assembler Level 4 FAA here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in assembling complex products and components with precision and efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring that all assembly processes meet quality standards and production schedules, contributing directly to the success of our manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on an on-site work schedule. 1st shift 7am-3:30pm. In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and quality of our manufacturing output, helping to maintain Honeywell’s reputation for excellence in product delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Inspect and test assembled components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and resolve assembly issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency.
  • Document assembly processes and report any deviations or defects to management.

FAA Requirements

Qualifications
You Must Have
  • Proven experience in complex assembly operations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of assembly tools, equipment, and safety procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions accurately.
  • Experience with quality control processes and the ability to identify defects or inconsistencies during assembly.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments relevant to assembly tasks.
