Honeywell is seeking an Assembler Level 4 at our Columbus, OH site to assemble complex mechanical and electrical components. You will report to the ISC Production Supervisor and contribute to quality, efficiency, and production targets on an on-site basis.

Responsibilities include mentoring new hires, troubleshooting assembly issues, and collaborating with QA and engineering to implement process improvements while adhering to safety standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years' experience in assembly roles.
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Experience in quality checks and troubleshooting.

Job Description

As an Assembler Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in assembling complex components and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

You will report directly to our ISC Production Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Columbus, OH location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall manufacturing output by contributing your expertise in assembly techniques, troubleshooting, and quality control to support seamless production operations and meet customer demands.

• Perform detailed assembly of mechanical and electrical components according to specifications and work instructions.
• Identify and resolve assembly issues to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Training new team members.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and resolve assembly issues.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Team leadership and training experience.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in assembly roles within manufacturing environments, demonstrating proficiency in interpreting blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly processes, including the use of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to perform quality checks and troubleshoot assembly issues to ensure product integrity.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards in a manufacturing setting.

• Previous experience in industrial automation or related manufacturing sectors.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
