Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing environments with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documents.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and basic measuring instruments.
  • Strong knowledge of assembly tools, fixtures, and mechanical components.
  • 2+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles.

Job description

As an Assembler Level 2 here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a critical role in assembling, modifying, reworking, and repairing electrical components and modules with precision and quality. You will work closely with technical documentation and use specialized tools to ensure every build meets exacting standards, supporting production goals and mission-critical timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components according to work instructions and blueprints.
  • Perform quality inspections and functional tests on assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.
  • Document assembly activities and report any deviations or defects promptly.
  • Experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing environments with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Strong knowledge of assembly tools, fixtures, and mechanical components.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documents.

  • Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures in a manufacturing setting.
