Job summary

Dover Food Retail is hiring an Assembler II-3 in South Chesterfield, Virginia to set up, operate, and troubleshoot assembly line equipment at a fixed workstation. You will move materials, assemble components, and monitor quality to ensure proper production output.

The role is a full-time, onsite position with hourly pay expectations and opportunities to contribute to production records and continuous improvement initiatives. Training is provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, maintains, and troubleshoots assembly line machinery at fixed workstation positions.
• Operates machinery to install parts and sub-assemblies as products move along the line.
• Moves, packs, and sorts raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitors quality of output and discards or re-manufactures faulty products.
• Maintains daily production records for performance analysis.
