You’ll work across stations, ensure safety procedures, and collaborate with supervisors to keep the line flowing smoothly. A strong attention to detail and hands-on problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend a job order and bill of materials.
• Confers with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
• Identify maintenance needed on equipment and tooling.
• Work at different workstations as production needs require.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend a job order and bill of materials to determine parts and assembly steps.
• Move totes to tables, check parts, and organize materials for smooth flow.
• Collaborate with supervisors to adjust workflow or resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and use required safety gear.
