Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Virginia is looking for a Manufacturing Associate to set up, operate, and maintain assembly line machinery at a fixed workstation. You will move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods and monitor quality to ensure products meet specifications.

You will input daily production records for performance analysis and work under moderate supervision, with eligibility for a commission plan in addition to hourly pay.

Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods. Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products. Maintaining accurate daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis. A Support 2 requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities typically include: Works under moderate supervision.. Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures..
